Sebastian Undurraga
I'm a Senior Technical Program Manager at Amazon, where I design and build internal AI infrastructure for enterprise-scale AI deployment — knowledge graph architectures, AI-powered request prioritization using large language models and vector embeddings, autonomous AI for project intelligence, and AI workforce training platforms.

Featured Work
Enterprise Knowledge Graph Architecture
Two-tier metadata-first design for permission-aware retrieval in enterprise AI assistants. The graph pre-computes organizational relationships so most cross-system queries are answered without invoking a language model.
Role: Senior Technical Product Manager
AI Prioritization Engine
A full enterprise feature-request and roadmap platform: AI-driven duplicate detection, generated user stories, improved titles and content, automatic categorization, browse-and-vote, and AI-maintained roadmap.
Role: Sole designer and builder
Autonomous AI for Project Intelligence
A serverless system that reads project data, uses AI to write standardized summaries and identify key participants, and writes results back into the project tracker — running daily without human intervention for ~1 year.
Role: Sole technical owner
AI Workforce Training Platform
Interactive "learn by doing" lessons that convert non-engineers — program managers, business analysts, designers — into producers of AI-generated work. Each lesson requires the learner to produce a concrete artifact.
Role: Sole designer and builder
AI Adoption Measurement Methodology
A framework for disaggregating AI usage by workforce segment, so the data reveals which roles, tenures, and technical backgrounds are gaining productivity from AI tools — and which are not. Standard analytics show volume; this shows distribution.
Role: Product Manager and sole builder
Independent Work
Bills — Cash Flow Projection
A personal-finance application I'm designing and building independently, focused on cash-flow projection from recurring bills and transactions. Currently in active development toward a SaaS product.
Role: Independent founder, designer, and builder
About
unduslabs is the home for my independent work, writing, and portfolio. I'm an industrial engineer and MBA who builds enterprise AI infrastructure. Earlier in my career I worked on process optimization, automation, and analytics at retail, financial services, and aviation companies in Chile and the United States. Today my focus is the systems that make AI usable at scale across large organizations — the underlying knowledge architectures, the prioritization mechanisms that decide what gets built, the measurement frameworks that show what's working, and the training that brings the rest of the workforce along.
