I build the systems that make artificial intelligence usable at scale, the infrastructure underneath enterprise AI rather than the models themselves. In practice that means knowledge-graph architectures that give AI assistants real organizational context, AI-powered engines that decide which capabilities get built and shipped, measurement frameworks that reveal whether AI is actually helping, and training that brings the whole workforce along, not just a technical elite. I write the code, design the architecture, deploy the infrastructure, and operate these systems in production, several of them as their sole technical owner.
I'm an industrial engineer with an MBA in Business Analytics, and I'm a hands-on builder, the kind who proves an idea by shipping the smallest working version of it and iterating from there. I build most of my projects, including my independent app Bills-app, with AI-assisted workflows, vibe coding and spec-driven development: I describe the outcome or write a tight spec, steer the model, and review the result. It's a fast way to work, and its own small demonstration of where building software is heading. Before enterprise AI, I spent years applying the same builder instinct to process, automation, and analytics problems across e-commerce, financial services, and aviation, in both the United States and Chile.
I work at Amazon as a Senior Technical Program Manager within the Engine / Enterprise Engineering organization. I also write about enterprise AI architecture and methodology, and build independent projects, at unduslabs.
