Design and build internal AI infrastructure for enterprise-scale AI deployment within the Engine / Enterprise Engineering organization. Lead and personally build systems that make AI usable across large workforces.

  • Authored the strategy and product requirements for an enterprise knowledge graph system, and am re-architecting the platform into a two-tier, metadata-first design (Amazon Neptune, OpenSearch) that holds only the relationships among an organization's data, so most cross-system queries are answered by direct lookup, without invoking a large language model, while permission-aware access is enforced at the graph layer.
  • Designed and built, end-to-end, an AI-powered enterprise feature-request and roadmap platform: large language models (Amazon Bedrock, Claude) and vector embeddings (Titan Embeddings) for semantic duplicate detection, automated user-story generation, request rewriting, categorization, and roadmap maintenance, React/TypeScript front end, AWS Lambda + DynamoDB + S3 + API Gateway serverless back end.
  • Built an AI adoption measurement platform end-to-end, the data-anonymization layer, ETL pipelines, analytical logic, and executive dashboards, and defined a methodology that disaggregates AI usage by workforce segment (technical vs. non-technical roles).
